I-35 Foundation Help is an independent referral service for homeowners. We are not a foundation repair contractor and we do not perform repairs. Participating companies may pay us for referrals.
Information on this site
Guides and cost ranges on this site are general information. They are not engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice, and they are not a quote. Only an inspection of your home can show what is happening and what it will cost.
Third-party companies
Companies that respond to requests are independent. They set their own prices, schedules, licenses, insurance and warranties. We do not guarantee their work. Read every contract before you sign.
Contact consent
By sending a request you agree to be contacted about it by call, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. You do not have to agree to be contacted as a condition of any purchase.
Limits
We provide this site as is. To the extent Texas law allows, I-35 Foundation Help is not liable for losses that result from use of this site or from work done by any company you hire.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
