Local partners and resources
Foundation trouble rarely happens alone. Drainage, roofing, plumbing and HVAC all affect what goes on under a house. This page is for homeowners and for local businesses that help them.
Who we list
We list non-competing home-service businesses that work in the towns we cover, from Buda to Converse. We do not list foundation repair companies here.
| Category | How it connects to the foundation |
|---|---|
| HVAC | Condensate lines and ductwork in crawl spaces can add moisture under a home. Ducts may also need adjusting after a house is leveled. |
| Electricians | Wiring in crawl spaces and on exterior walls can be affected by movement or by repair work, and outlets near cracked walls are worth checking. |
| Roofers and gutter installers | Gutters and downspouts decide where roof water lands. Water dumped beside the house is a common foundation issue, see drainage. |
| General contractors | Drywall, trim, tile and brick repairs after a foundation job are often not included in the repair quote. |
Our current list
We are building this list now and only add businesses that ask to be listed and serve our area. Check back, or use the guides below in the meantime.
